What this site uses
The site writes original English copy, builds its own tables, and draws its own SVG diagrams. It does not host third-party screenshots, watermarked images, or republished article text. Game names and mechanics are referenced for identification and commentary.
How to file a notice
Send an email to yqin1090@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL of the page you believe infringes it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
What happens next
A complete notice is reviewed, the identified material is removed or access is disabled if the claim is valid, and the site may contact the uploader or author. Incomplete notices are returned for the missing items.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material, the URL, your contact details, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
Accounts or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material are blocked from contributing. The site keeps a record of notices and actions.
Trademarks and game assets
Neverness to Everness names, characters, and assets belong to Hotta Studio and Perfect World Games. Their use here is nominative and informational. Rights holders can use the same address for trademark concerns.
